When you listen to ATMO’s first Single ‚Silk‘, you don’t necessarily think ‚teen‘ and ‚Chicago‘- but more so ‚lots of life experience‘ and ‚Cornish Coast‘ or ‚Scottish Highlands‘. But behind the sound of ATMO is Jørg Rosenberg), a 14 year old electronic producer from Chicago. Wow.
We love his productions for their wide, calming and soothing atmosphere (hence ATMO) and effects on mood & mind. And we think cinema! Not surprisingly, since Jørg is trying to create a sound inspired by landscapes and therefore often watching nature documentaries whilst working on new music. ATMO’s first single “Silk” was inspired by birds flying above New York in the winter time.
